Noticed a gentleman that should have been doing fries was somewhere out the back, hopefully not using the facilities in his cook uniform.
Stomach ache within a few hours of meal. Then next morning severe diarrhea and nausea. Had to take a day off work... So far!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Late afternoon, about 5pm. Brother said the chicken on his burger tasted a bit odd, but thought nothing of it.
Around 4 am he started throwing up and having severe diarrhoea.
