I went for lunch at 2:30. I had the chicken alfredo and salad. Got bad cramps and gas within 10 minutes of being there. I was stuck in my bathroom at home for an hour and a half.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋, 煤气

1.30 去吃午饭。有鸡肉阿尔弗雷多和沙拉。我每次去那里都会吃这个。2 点 30 分回家开始因汽油而抽筋严重，所以我躺了一个小时，那真是太痛苦了，所以我去洗手间，腹泻最严重，五分钟，现在还不确定其他人是否有几个小时了。后来我猛烈地扔在厕所旁边的水槽里。在那里坐 45 分钟只是双向爆炸。然后我变得非常头晕，无法正确行走，平衡和肌肉控制有限。

第二天早上我和我的女儿吃了她感到不适。到星期六，她在急诊室被诊断为沙门阿拉中毒。是她唯一吃过的地方，因为医疗程序正在接受液体饮食，所以她吃了汤。，她是唯一一个吃汤的人。第二天早上她生病了。下午她患了腹泻。第二天她在呕吐。最重要的是，她还联系了脚踝中的反应性关节炎。

We ate there. I got the stuffed chicken Marsala and mashed potatoes. This was a Friday evening around 5:30pm. By 10:00 I had terrible vomiting/diarrhea. The vomiting lasted till Saturday evening and the diarrhea continued until Monday. It was horrible. I had fever/chills also  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

我是在 2019 年 6 月 28 日访问的。我参加了一个由 4 人组成的聚会，我们党的 2 名成员用软饮料加水，汤代替沙拉，然后继续吃主菜。我自己和另外一位成员喝了水，分享了沙拉然后吃了我们的主菜。每个人都分享了面包棒。只有吃沙拉的两个人（我自己和我的兄弟姐妹）在进食后 24-30 小时内生病了。我们都有严重的胃痛、胃痉挛和腹泻。

About 6 hours ago I had the salad and shrimp scampi. I ended up throwing up 3 times and still have an upset stomach and nausea. I currently cannot keep any liquids down.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I just posted on here. I ate the zoodles with chicken and about 30 after eating my stomach began to hurt. I am still up back and forth to the bathroom and stomach is hurting, Only me everyone else ate something different. Systems started about 30 minutes after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻
