4 of us 4 of us ate there. The fifth person with us did not. All 4 of us got sick within 3 hours of eating. The 5th person never got sick and they didnt eat this. We had severe vomiting with diarrhea for 6 to 8 hours. Violent!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Beef taco salad. Restaurant food I was the only one that ate and got sick. Symptoms started few hours or less after eating with nausea, headache, stomach pain, and diarrhea then chills and dehydration   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 寒战, 胃痛, 头痛, 脱水

On January 20, 2020, I had a cheese gordita crunch, two soft tacos and a strawberry freeze. Within hours, I was vomiting profusely and it took a day and a half before I could keep any food or liquid down.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
