I went to taco bell yesterday, and ate the xxl burrito and a beefy fritos burrito. Mind you it was all i had to eat yesterday, (Dec. 19) Today i woke up to intense nausea and discomfort in my stomach, not even 10 minutes after waking up i was vomiting and dealing with diahrea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我订购了 nachos supreme、一个 crunchwrap Supreme 和一个硬壳炸玉米饼。大约一个小时后，我开始感到恶心。之后不久我开始呕吐然后我发冷了。我呕吐了大约十次，之后我开始腹泻。离厕所不远，在接下来的 24 小时内继续呕吐和腹泻。变得非常脱水到昏倒的地步。整天都有发烧和发冷。和一位医生的朋友谈过，他说这听起来像是食物中毒。我哥哥过去因为在这个地方吃饭而生病。也许有人应该检查一下。
