I ate an order of Nachos bell Grande for supper last night and woke up at 4:30 this am with random vomiting and severe upset stomach. I felt fine prior to eating Taco Bell and I have to be at work in 3 hours..  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate Taco Bell on a Sunday morning. Symptoms started around Sunday evening. It is now Tuesday and the stomach cramps and diarrhea have not gone away. That is the only thing I've eaten since then.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I ordered 2 taco supreme's and chicken quesadilla, husband had tacos but no lettuce or tomatoes so I am thinking it was from the lettuce or tomatoes cuz he didn't get sick. I have been throwing up, diarrhea, nausea since 3am and it is still going on at 9am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

12 月 12 日唯一吃的东西是上午 11:30 从开车直通订购的墨西哥卷饼。几乎立即整个下午都有大量的胃气。下午 4 点左右出现了发冷和肌肉疼痛。下午 5 点 30 分左右上床睡觉，晚上 7 点开始呕吐，发冷出汗。直到第二天凌晨 5 点左右才吃东西或喝任何东西，还有一些轻微的寒意。大多数情况下都是小案例，但仍然非常不方便。
