Georgia pecan butterscotch chip cookies. Strong chemical taste in mouth followed by a burning sensation on my tongue. Didn’t swallow and tried to purge it from my mouth. Subsequent stomach ache and some diarrhea. not sure which location. I shop there frequently.  | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛

Trader Joe's pre-packaged salad, At about 24-30 hours after consumption, my friend began feeling stomach pain and then proceeded to have liquid diarrhea for 8-10 hours and continues to have pain and discomfort. Diarrhea is ongoing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛

I ate the Field Greens Salad with chicken (exp date 12/5/19) yesterday about 12pm for lunch. I started feeling very nauseous about 5pm and spent all night vomiting. I have a 100.3 fever today and have just been drinking sips of water and sprite.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

我从他们的冷冻食品系列购买产品已有十多年了，从来没有遇到过问题。直到昨天。我已经购买了几份冷冻食品，包括 Shepherd "s Pie，我把它们放在冰箱里，可微波加热。这些物品是在 2019 年 9 月 17 日购买的。昨天我带了 Shepherd "s Pie 去上班，不到一个小时，我就开始变得非常糟糕的胃痉挛。7-8 小时后，我的疼痛加倍，因剧烈的胃痛和呕吐几个小时以及腹泻而急剧生病。我认为这是食物中毒，因为这是我昨天唯一吃的东西。不幸的是，我没有收到它进来的盒子，因为它在工作中被丢弃了。
