Had the Zaxby's Club at about 3:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Symptoms started about two hours later. The worst vomiting in my life, and I am still sick 48 hours later. Doctor put me on anti-nausea medicine so I won't get any more dehydrated.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a Grilled Ceaser Salad about 230pm Sunday, then started having non-stop diharrea an hour later. Other I was with also got same symptoms. Next day had water diharrea every two hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

2017 年 1 月 20 日我丈夫为我买了外卖烤鸡科布沙拉，为他买了烤鸡舍沙拉。那天下午 2 点左右，我们每个人都吃一点沙拉，然后把其余的放入冰箱里。晚上 7 点 30 分左右，我几乎把剩下的所有沙拉都吃掉了。此后不久，我开始感到非常臃肿，而且总体上不舒服。晚上 11 点，我上床睡觉时胸部和胃部疼痛（我归因于煤气）。午夜醒来时胸部和背部剧烈疼痛，仍然以为是煤气。拿了一些 Pep都然后回去睡觉了。凌晨 2 点，我醒来时整个腹部都剧烈疼痛。我起身去洗手间感觉很恶心。我开始呕吐棕褐色的肉汁稠度的东西。痛苦越来越大，我告诉我的丈夫我需要去急速调查。当时他说我们必须打电话给我的女儿带我去，因为他也生病了并且正在患 diaherrea。我在凌晨 3 点左右到达了 ER。他们开始静脉注射液并给药恶心和止痛药。我做了 CT 和 sonor。然后服用了额外的恶心和止痛药。我在早上 9 点左右从急诊区获释，患有 dx 胃肠炎。出院摘要说，胃肠炎很难从食物中毒中分辨出来。医生说是因为我和老公吃完沙拉后都生病了，他认为我们有食物中毒。被指示 24 小时进行液体饮食，如果症状恶化，则返回急诊。
