I had a steak bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Less than an hour later, I experienced a sudden, emergency need to go to the bathroom, with severe diarrhea. Then all that evening, I had to stay near the bathroom.
