- comments: observed 15 mice droppings on the bottom shelf of the prep/steam table and 20 mice droppings scattered on the floor behind the dry storage rack. Instructed manager to detail clean and sanitize affected areas. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(a).

- comments: must detail clean the prep table, counter tops, interior of all coolers to remove spills, and debris. Also clean the interior of the ice machine.
