- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs ready to eat foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (soup,spinach,turkey,tuna,etc). Must be on site at all times. Manager arrived on site at 9:30 a. M. (priority foundation 7-38-012)

- comments: observed no signed employees health policies. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-010)

- comments: observed improper temperature of 2lbs. Cooked broccoli cheddar soup at 115. 3f on hot holding line. Product was discarded by manager. Must have hot holding foods at 135. 0f or above. Appx. 2lbs. $2. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on lower shelf of cold & hot holding units and inside of lower cabinet under soda machine. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/5/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must repair or replace sink stopper in poor repair at wash basin of 3- compartment sink.
