- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs ready to eat foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (soup,spinach,turkey,tuna,etc). Must be on site at all times. Manager arrived on site at 9:30 a. M. (priority foundation 7-38-012)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on lower shelf of cold & hot holding units and inside of lower cabinet under soda machine. Must remove droppings.
