أثناء تناول وعاء دجاج مع الأرز البني والفاصوليا السوداء والسالسا والذرة والجبن والخس، بدأت على الفور في الإصابة بآلام في المعدة وأعاني من الإسهال منذ حوالي 3 أيام حتى الآن.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, ألم المعدة

ذهبت إلى هناك للحصول على عصير الفراولة بدأ شربه ولاحظ أنه كان له طعم مرير للغاية. أخذت ربما 3 رشفات من عصير وبعد فترة وجيزة وضعت الصداع النصفي الرهيبة على جانبي الأيمن بعد بضع ساعات من ذلك تقيأت عصير. فقط بعد 3-5 رشفات منه.. أتساءل أين أخطأوا.

Picked up take-out on 6/2/16 around 6:30pm. Ate brisket & fish tacos at 7pm & started to vomit at 9:45pm & continued until 3am. Diarrhea began at 12:30am. Couldn't even keep water down. Received IV fluids and anti-nausea meds at ER around 4am. Dr suspected food poisoning.… شاهد المزيد
