I had a 2 entree plate with chow mein, beef broccoli, and the teriyaki chicken. I had this for dinner on 1/15/2020 and now I am constantly having to go to the bathroom to diarrhea. I ate the salad bar on December 30th. I had hard boiled eggs, lettuce, broccoli salad, orzo, cucumbers and dressing. I was the only one in my family that ate at the salad bar. I spent New Years all day and night in bed vomiting, and chills.  | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء, قشعريرة

Symptoms started about 3:00am after chicken and broccoli the previous evening . Called 911 and was taken to ER about 10:00 am. I stayed in hospital 2 days, after getting samples of diarrhea they diagnosed me with ecoli/food poising.
