    I believe my lunch at Chipotle., Ate lunch at Chipotle. Had a carnitas bowl. Queasy tummy around 3 pm (ate at 12). Only I got sick. The only difference in my and my hubby’s meal was I added lettuce. By 6 pm I was vomiting violently.  | الأعراض: قيء, حمى, غثيان

    Not sure we both had different things but both got sick. I had a carnitas bowl and he had a steak burrito. Kids had cheese quesadillas and are fine. Must of been either the meat or lettuce?, 2 people, ate at around 5:45. Didn’t start feel nauseous… شاهد المزيد
