    Chicken burrito, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and chips with tomatillo salsa. Ate it at 12:30 on 12/18 and diarrhea started around 5:30. Vomiting started around 7:30 and continued until 1am and diarrhea is still happening at 7:30 am.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, قيء

    My wife and 2 boys had dinner on 2/14/2017. My wife and boys had chicken bowls and I had a tofu bowl. After we got home my wife and one son became ill vomiting and diarrhea.
