    Girlfriend had the same salad, same soup, same ice tea, and same desert. Only thing different was our main dish. I had shrimp alfredo, and she had some kind of shrimp/chicken with regular spaghetti noodles, not sure of name.     Purchased pre-made spaghetti and meatballs. Approximately 7 hours after consuming it, I suffered from nausea and vomiting throughout the night.
