Girlfriend had the same salad, same soup, same ice tea, and same desert. Only thing different was our main dish. I had shrimp alfredo, and she had some kind of shrimp/chicken with regular spaghetti noodles, not sure of name. Purchased pre-made spaghetti and meatballs. Approximately 7 hours after consuming it, I suffered from nausea and vomiting throughout the night. Diarrhea began 4-5 hours after first bout of vomiting. Had 6 Oz sirloin rare, salad, spaghetti sqash on 12/29/16 approx 630 pm. Felt nauseated within 2 hours, then started throwing up. Diarrhea next followed by fever. Had severe cramping 24 hours later with diarrhea and still have diarrhea now on 12/31/16  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
