I had a roast beef sandwich for lunch. That evening I was running 102.4 fever, chills, throwing up, diarrhea, and extreme cramps. I ended up going to an urgent care the next morning. They gave my nausea meds which stopped helping. The pain ended up worse and I ended up at the ER.

Side salad Within 20 minutes of eating the salad I had severe stomach cramps then diarrhea. It's been 4 times in 2 hours
