Taquitos Trigger Severe Symptoms

I ate 5 taquitos yesterday morning, which is all I had to eat all day, by the time I made it home at 6pm I started having stomach pain, throwing up diarrhea and shaking like I had a fever all night. Taquitos were the chicken roller. And a ground beef taco kind  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Shaking
