Frozen Breakfast Biscuit Illness

Very soon after eating. Diarhea. I followed thawing & microwave instructions on package. Had my usual morning coffee. But this was a new breakfast item for me. From frozen section of grocer. Looked appealing. Got sick. Afraid to eat the other 3.
