Fast Onset A&W Illness

My daughter got a headache, chills, nausea, fever and vomiting 2-3 hours after eating chubby chicken strips and fries from A&W On 88th ave. Walnut grove, Langley. Symptoms came on fast and furious. She slept for 16 hours and woke up the next day feeling totally back to normal.
