I purchased 4 chicken tenders from the deli ate two pieces at 1:30 and started getting stomach cramping around 5:30 and 6:30 I got diarrhea vomiting hot flashes blood in my stool still feeling sick at 8:30 with cramping

I cooked the product according to the directions. Within and hour I barely made it to the bathroom and this continued for a couple of hours.
