Mussels Cause Severe Illness

Specially Selected Mussels in Tomato Sauce got me very sick. Started with vomiting and lead to diarrhea & finally a fever. I actually fainted while on the toilet. It’s been about 12 hours and I’m finally starting to keep liquids down without immediately vomiting.
