- comments: observed no soap at the handwashing sink in the food prep area and in the employee toilet room. Instructed to provide handwashing soap at all handwashing sinks and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c), citation issued

- comments: observed improper thawing method. Two boxes of chicken wings sitting in room temperature at the rear of the dry storage area near the food prep area. Instructed manager on the proper way of thawing out tcs foods: under running water or inside the cooler.

36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed the reach in cooler stored near the front entrance door without an ambient air thermometer. Instructed to provided and maintain.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of pest activity. Observed approximately 30-40 small flies in the following areas: in the toilet room, in the sink near the coffee and slushy area, behind the service counter in the gas station, and at the rear dry storage area near the food prep area. Also observed approximately 10-20 mice droppings in the boxes where chips are stored in the aisles and under the chip shelving units in the aisles. Instructed to eliminate pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a), citation issued

- comments: observed pest sticky traps with cheeto puffs and debris build up stored under the chips in the display aisle and near the walk-in cooler closest to the food prep area. Instructed to remove sticky traps filled with food and debris.

- comments: observed two racks of bread stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler near the food prep area. Instructed to elevate said food items and refrain from storing food on the floor and maintain.

- comments: observed the white to go containers in the food prep area not inverted. Instructed to invert said to go containers and maintain.

- comments: observed two missing sink stopper for the three compartment sink. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed coffee grinds and liquid spills in the cabinets under the coffee and slushy station. Instructed to clean and maintain said cabinets.

- comments: observed the floors with debris build up in the following areas: in the toilet room, behind shelving unit with beverages stored in the hallway near the gas station serice area, behind the reach in cooler near the front entrance of the facility and under the chips shelving units in the aisles. - comments: observed a build up of boxes in the storage area near the food prep area and broken-down boxes stored on the side of the ice freezer near the slushy and coffee area. Instructed to remove all cardboard boexes and maintain.

The product comes in a 5 lb., blue paper pack marked Best if Used by 03/07/2025 on the top of the front panel of the bag.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered by the firm that an equipment breakdown during production could have allowed allergen cross-contact.

Consumers who have purchased 5 lb. Food Club All Purpose Flour Best if Used by 03/07/2025 are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
