Last night I had the 4-cheese meal with chicken tenders. I now have a fever and my body aches , I feel super hot and cold at the same time and my skin is burning hot. And I now have stomach/bowel issues, the food has me feeling terrible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Body Ache

Went to get lunch around 12pm had some chicken tenders with fries and it’s now 6pm and I began with severe nausea and a little sweating right before I vomited like the exorcist. Now it’s just the stomach ache with the runs. Be careful!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
