Ate the chicken, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes and immediately started vomiting, abdominal pain and nausea! Had to leave work and still having severe abdominal pain

We shared an appetizer of barbecued boneless wings, celery with ranch dressing. I was the only one who ate the celery. For lunch I ate an 6 oz steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. After eating I noticed the were little black things on the celery. On closer…
