Ate lunch at Arby's in Laredo Texas. Shady bunch of dudes working there. Ate the bourbon turkey sandwich and within 1 1/2 hrs was very sick. Diarrhea, nauseous and a bad headache. I symptoms don't improve will go to E.R. I was fine before that.
