I purchased the roast beef n cheddar sandwich and macncheese side at lunchtime. Felt ill after eating. Had diarrhea 3 times since then. No appetite. Day 3 and still feel bad.

I brought my roast beef sandwich and curly fries home. It's about a 10min drive. And I started feeling the effects the next morning. I'm very weak, and have a faint stomach ache with a few feverish symptoms.
