Bought and ate a prepacked ham sandwich on 11/20/2019 at 11:27 am. Had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea in the afternoon of the same day. The only other food I had that day before the incident was a bagel with coffee in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps
