of 10 of which 8 people ate. We suspect it was either the fruit in the drink or food.

I type this sicker than I’ve ever felt before after eating out. I just got home from this restaurant. I ate the Jerk Chicken with yellow rice and beans. About 45min after leaving this restaurant I start feeling nauseous and it’s becoming hard to breathe. At the
same time I became nauseous and I just feel unwell. I have about an hour drive home so I pulled off the exit to a gas station. My stomach is rock hard and I’m severely bloating and cramping, I get the chills and my heart rate is well over 140. My husband bought me Tim’s to see if that would help. I try to walk and hope some gas is let out up or down idc. It didn’t work. I ate the tums which helped a bit but im still miserable. I have diarrhea, cramps, bloating and chills. Im so pissed I ate here and will never eat their food again. My stomach hurts so damn bad and I still feel like my insides are being blown up like a balloon. 😭😭😭

We ate on Saturday May 12th. Nausea began that night for me. Vomiting and diarrhea started at 3am for me then my son vomited 4 times that sunday: my husband also experienced diarrhea., 3 people sick

Soon as I got home I reheat it my food and ate it. 2 hours later I Woke up with sharp pains feeling extremely ill. I rushed to the bathroom and I was extremely ill and I had diarrhea I stayed in the restroom for about an
hour. I went out to celebrate my husband birthday with friends and I was the only one who ordered the seafood paella and the jerk shrimp. Well my husband eat half of my jerk shrimp . But did not get sick. I ate some of my seafood paella and took the remaining, I was the only one whom got sick and I was the only 1 ordered the seafood paella. I became extremely ill about 3hrs. later. I notified the restaurant they ut me on hold and stated that the manager was busy and they apologize and said the mgr. will call

Had dinner on Thursday 6/28 evening . Had my normal Jerk Shrimp. Only dish I ever have there really. They didnt look quite right when they came out. But I thought ok. After eating a couple I thought maybe they wernt cooked all the way. But the
flavor was as expected so I ate the whole thing. Just me. Noone else in my party had shrimp.
This was around 8:30pm. Started feeling yucky around 10 or so. I ate a peice of dry toast before I went to bed to settle my stomach. I woke straight up around 4am vomiting and diarhea together and off and on till about 12 hours. I finally got some gatorade down around 5 or 6 pm on friday. Then developed fever. It broke around 2am. Im still a lottle quesy today. Sunday. But at this point Im sure it was the shrimp!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday 4/12/24 was my first time purchasing food from Five Guys on 12 mile and Telegraph in Southfield MI. I was immediately disgusted and extremely disappointed with their food, I ordered 2 bacon cheesebugers, 2 fries and 2 shakes. The strawberry milkshake was disgusting, it tasted like
cinnamon and made me sick immediately so much so, that I contacted their Corporate office about an hour after the purchase and made an official complaint. Today @ 10:45am, I started experiencing extreme stomach pain, ended up vomiting in the bath tub while sitting on the commode with painful nonstop diarrhea, I endured these problems for more than an hour. I attached the receipt and a picture of the uneaten food from Five Guy.
