- comments: observed no thermometers in the dd1 mini cooler where milk is stored. Instructed to provide conspicuous and easily readable thermometers inside all coolers units.

- comments: observed no label for bulk sugar storage container stored on the bottom shelf under the expresso machines. Instructed person in charge all bulk and working food ingredient containers must be labeled with contents name.

- comments: observed no splashguard at the hand sink in the rear food prep next to where the cooked bagels/pastries are cooling. Must install a washable splashguard.

- comments: observed cardboard used as liner in the dd1 cooler near the drive-thru. Instructed to remove.

- comments: observed food debris and splash in the interior of the reach in coolers (dd1,dd2,dd3, dd4, and 1 door cooler near the door to the dish area) in need of cleaning. Instructed to detail clean.

Instructed to detail clean under all shelving units, interior of prep dish area, around coffee machine, prep tables and all cooking equipment to remove spills, food debris, dirt buildup and/or dust. Instructed to increase cleaning frequency and maintain at all times.

- comments: observed burnt out light bulbs on the ceiling in the baskin robins front food prep area. Instructed to replace and provide.
