My finance and I ate breakfast on April 1st. We both had turkey sausage, multigrain pancakes and chocolate peanut butter pie. Within 12 hours we were both experiencing severe vomiting and fever that lasted for 12-18 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
