Food Safety Reports: Bob's Sub, Pittsburgh Mills Boulevard, Tarentum, PA, USA

Went into bobs subs at the mills bought a senior sized spicy Italian (wasn’t spicy) with everything on it except onion and tomato. Are The Whole thing and now feel like I’m literally dying. Oh yea I got my sub at around 6:30 and at 10:30 died a little inside  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
