Severe vomiting and diarrhea and stomach pain a few hours after landing. Previously ate 2x airplane meals (night snack and breakfast) on Ethiopian Air. The food did not taste good, which is why I only ate half of each meal.

When I returned to France on Sunday 6 April, I had severe diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue and fever as early as Monday afternoon.
Maybe it's something I ate on the plane. Flight Addis Ababa to Paris Charles de Gaulle 12:05am on Sunday 6 April.

Flight from Addis Ababa Asian vegetarian meal. Got so sick when I arrived at Kilimanjaro I was taken into medical for evaluation. Fortunately I brought my own vomit bags or it would have been all over the floor four times.
