Crab Cake, Steak Illness

I ate the crab cake and 7oz sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and spinach. I had extreme stomach cramps (felt like stabbing pains). I had diarrhea, nausea, and a headache for more than 36 hours. The cramps were the worst of it!
