Picked up famous star with cheese meal (incl. sm. fries, and coke) around 3pm, Monday August 12, 2019. Ate on the way to work. About an hour into work got sudden sharp stomach pains and shortly after had diarrhea. Continued to visit bathroom about every 2 hours…
