Picked up famous star with cheese meal (incl. sm. fries, and coke) around 3pm, Monday August 12, 2019. Ate on the way to work. About an hour into work got sudden sharp stomach pains and shortly after had diarrhea. Continued to visit bathroom about every 2 hours for the rest of my shift and the night. Felt shaky and nauseous all night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
