I was sick with diarrhea, vomiting, and chills approx 13 hours after eating buffet brunch at Carriage House Inn. I suspect it was either the Caesar salad, smoked salmon, seafood salad, or mussel salad as my partner didn’t have any of the those items and did not get ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

Christmas Party Illness Outbreak

Was there for Christmas party on Dec 3rd. Became very ill night of 5th with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever/chills. Several others at party reported the same. Glad this is being investigated as was not an isolated incident. 2 weekends in a row is a problem.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Attended a company function on Dec 3 evening. Started feeling Ill the evening of Dec 4 - was off work Dec 5 & 6 due to nausea, chills, stomach pain, diarrhea. Several co workers have also reported the same symptoms and time frame.

Buffet Illness at Party

It was a company Christmas Party. Close to 100 people sick. Some went to the hospital. AHS has a case on it and is investigating but people should be warned and they aren’t. Not sure what it is from as we had a meal buffet.
