Fried rice, garlic chicken, guy tai, Ordered the fried rice, garlic chicken, and a guy tai at 6:45 pm. Finished eating at 8pm. Returned to hotel room. At 2 am woke up nauseous and ran to bathroom with blowout diarrhea and vomiting. Fever and chills. This continued for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
