Defrost and maintain the interior of the chest freezer. Clean the heavy dust buildup on top of the 2 door prep cooler compressor cage.

- comments: 5-501. 110 observed garbage overflowing over the top of the garbage dumpster so that the lids could not be closed. Management instructed to have adequate garbage pickup so that all of the garbage is contained inside of the dumpster. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 12 clean the floor throughout the premises, especially under the wok station and deep fryers, behind and under all equipment. Remove water soaked carpeting in the rear storage room. Clean the wall above the wok station, around the 3 compartment sink and prep tables in the food prep area.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation from report #2546092 on 1/4/22 not corrected: 38 - observed approximately 50 rat droppings located throughout the premises. Observed rat droppings on the floor in the rear storage room, food prep area behind and around the walls and underneath equipment and storage shelves, and above the walk-in cooler. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
