Steak Fajitas Cause Illness

I went here today June 30th. I had steak fajitas and within 30 min after leaving I had stomach cramps and immediately vomited everything I ate. It’s been several hours now I’m still feeling nauseated and have the urge to vomit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
