Fresh Mexican food can cause food poisoning. Nausea and vomiting are the most commonly reported symptoms of Chevys Fresh Mex food poisoning. Salsa and guacamole contain uncooked tomatoes, onions, avocados, and cilantro that can be contaminated, and if improperly handling can cause food poisoning.
