my two year old ate 4 nuggets. a fruit bowl and some apple juice and has been vomiting since 3 hours after eating it, she can’t even keep water down. I also ate a sandwich and had stomach pains and diarrhea .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea

Waffle Fries Sickened Seven

Whole family ate here on 7/7, mostly different chicken products between 9 people. 7 out of the 9 were sick with the same symptoms (mostly vomiting). The only common food was actually the waffle fries.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a Grilled Chicken Chipotle salad from Chik-Fil-A on Monday (2/13) for lunch, woke up Tuesday (2/14) morning nauseous and dizzy. Threw up a total of 4 times throughout the day, 5 rounds of diarrhea, and had a fever. Went to the ER and was diagnosed with Viral Gastroentirits.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Dizziness
