In June 27th… I purchased a #1 sandwhich, fries and lemon aid ..within 35- 45 mins the meal caused extreme indigestion, nausea, pains in stomach, and vomiting.

Worst intestinal cramps ever witin 30 minutes of eating the spicy deluxe sandwich and fries. Only thing I had eaten. Had severe diarrhea for about an hour. Cold sweat, pain, and nausea, Then gone.
