I ate a spicy chicken sandwich and a medium bowl of chicken tortilla soup at about 6:30pm and I woke up at 3am throwing up and that continued all throughout the day followed by terrible diarrhea and headaches  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
