Ate Mac and cheese, diet lemonade, and a deluxe chicken sandwich at 8:30 pm yesterday. Lettuce on sandwich had large black blotches. Discarded lettuce and still a sandwich. Woke up with food poisoning

I bought and ate the southwestern spicy chicken salad. About 4 hours later I began to have nausea and stomach pains. After about 7 hours after eating I was vomiting and experiencing loose bowels. I spent the entire night awake, throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time.
