22 hours ago I got severely bloated and diarrhea after ordered chicken sandwich, fries and shake (probably too much after not having eaten all day too) Today I’ve felt dehydrated. Very strange, not very common for me although I have been eating cleaner lately.

I ate a cobb salad with chicken nuggets and ranch dressing. 6hours after consumption I began to experience headache and nausea, and then vomited up undigested salad.

I had a number 1 chicken sandwich and a milkshake and about two hours later felt super nauseous and have been vomiting and having diarrhea ever since.. not how I planned spending my leave time from the Marine Corps.

I had a chicken sandwich combo from Chick-fil-A. I'm actually I vomited and then I had diarrhea for the rest of the day. I had the chicken sandwich combo at lunch time around 2 p.m.
