I had a number 1 chicken sandwich and a milkshake and about two hours later felt super nauseous and have been vomiting and having diarrhea ever since.. not how I planned spending my leave time from the Marine Corps.

I had a chicken sandwich combo from Chick-fil-A. I'm actually I vomited and then I had diarrhea for the rest of the day. I had the chicken sandwich combo at lunch time around 2 p.m.
