Chicken Salad Causes Illness

We went and ate earlier today. My mother had a salad with chicken and about 10-15 minutes later she started having a pounding headache which morphed into intense nausea. She is missing work now to rest as she feels drained and can’t move without feeling like she is about to throw up.

I ate there on 4/15/18 at about 7 PM I had salad, ribs, fries and street corn. I was the only one that had the salad. Within 8 hours my stomach was grumbling and cramping soon after I had a fever, diarrhea, vomiting and severe pain. I…
