Salad-Linked Illness Report - Chili's, Murfreesboro Tennessee

I ate there on 4/15/18 at about 7 PM I had salad, ribs, fries and street corn. I was the only one that had the salad. Within 8 hours my stomach was grumbling and cramping soon after I had a fever, diarrhea, vomiting and severe pain. I was very sick for about 36 hrs. and I did not go to the Dr. since I was out of town attending a conference. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
